There are situations, where building a “new home” is more cost-effective than a complete renovation.  Taking down your old home and starting from “the bottom up” can not only be exciting, but a better value to our client.  Adding an addition may meet your need for more space.  However, starting fresh, means a new foundation, new electrical and plumbing system and removal of any “old problems” your home has. Safety and security is our concern and should we see that this would be a better value to you, we will provide you with these options.

If “building from the ground up” is something you would like to explore, we will work within your budget.  You can bring your own architectural plans or we can create them together.  From the basement to the hardwood floors, to the lighting and fire place, the best quality cabinets and millwork to the granite counter tops, we will assist you every step of the way.
